These custom birch veneer ceiling panels are being stained to match our customers existing lobby finishes. After they are completed they will be fastened to the elevator ceiling's sub-frame and the lighting fixtures will be installed.
Ceiling lay out
The ceiling panels are now being laid out in sequence according to wood grain to check the consistency in color from panel to panel, next clear lacquer will be applied.

Our solid wood and veneers are professionally finished in house to the customers specifications.
Elevator Lighting
2 ¾ holes are carefully being drilled in this ceiling face to accommodate the new halogen lighting system.
Elevator Panel Fasteners
CabCraft Interiors uses the same standard panel fastening method for most elevator interiors. Here clips are being fabricated for an upcoming elevator installation.
